“Children of the Highest”

We are all children of the most high god
Made in his likeness, approved with his righteous nod
Our heavenly father has a purpose driven life for us all
Knowing his majesty, hears our prayers when we call
The plan for his children is to love one another
Love thy neighbor as thyself, honor thy father &mother
If you walk in his ways, being upright when you live
For if you occasionally stumble, count on him to forgive

The precious gifts he bestows,while we are under his care
He delivers us from evil, everlasting love doe’s he share
He pours out blessings and favor ,for those in faith to see
So come praise his mighty name, always worthy is he
This divine connection we have with this heavenly king
He’s the most wonderful god, whose name we should sing
He is the greatest father, anyone of us can cherish
BeCause the sacrifice of his son, otherwise we’d perish

His name is on high, he is the one and only creator
He watches over us all, protection he doe’s cater
Remember to thank him, when it’s him you draw nigh
Thank him that we are “children of the most high”
