    Can You See Me?

    Did you see me
    When they took me away?
Did you know I was there,
    And watched you pray?
    You asked God why.
Then you asked for another try.
    Did you feel me there,
When you went home and cried?
    Did you know that
    I caught all your tears?
    I dried your eyes
    And held you near.
    I felt you shiver
    And watched you shake,
    Don't worry mommy,
    I'm in a better place.
    Please mommy,
Wipe those tears from your face.
There is no need to cry,
I am always by your side.
    Can you see me?
    I'm right here,
    Can you feel me?
Did you know I watch you
When you cry out to Jesus?
    Mommy, dry your eyes
    Because I'm finally home
To my castle in the sky.
    Can you see me?
    Close your eyes,
    Can you see me now?
    Can you feel my presence?
I am with you at all times.
    You will never be alone
    I'm always by your side.
    Can you see me?
