Baby Jesus

Baby Jesus arrived from heaven
Born unto Mary that day
He was sent by His Heavenly Father
Into truth, the life, and the way
He was a gift from our heavenly Father
So we could live through Him
That gift from our heavenly Father
Can take away all our sin
His name given to Him is Jesus
Born in a manger that day
That gift from our heavenly Father
Holds true to us even today
Lets make Christsmas day a rememerance
Giving thanks to our God above
Then thank our Dear Heavenly Father
For sending us all so much love

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
