    A True Story

    You said you loved me,
Then I needed an ice pack.

    You said you were sorry,
    Then you took that back.

    My heart is heavy,
    And my mind is weary.

But if you put your hands on me again...
The end for you will be dark, lonely, and dreary.

ur poem needs some body, i guess u sud take out time to read other ppl's poems it will hlp u develop ur poem writing skills, dnt kill ur zeal , just work on it to improve.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
