    A Sisters Love

    Through all those wonderful
    childhood years,
    we had occasional fights
    with plenty of tears.

A few were battles were fought
    over broken toys,
Others we had over neighborhood boys.

    But even back then
we were close to each other,
    For a love between sisters
    is like no other.

    We know we can count
on the love that we share,
    And count on each other
    to always be there.

Very heartfelt and creative. My little sis was taken from us unexpectedly, that's why I wrote "Paint the Sky" I really like this one. Good job ! spidey1965

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
