    A Final Choice

You need to make a final choice.
We may not have known it from the start,
But now we found each other's hearts.
    I cannot wait forever,
I will have to move on.
    You're my shining star,
Your eyes shine in the light and dark,
    You’re truly an amazing person,
You just need to look deep within,
I see who you are inside,
And I don’t care that you are short,
Cause everything about you is perfect,
    All you have to do,
    Is make a final choice…

Well written. I was surprised at the line, ".......you're short." I laughed a little... did I say little, I laughed!!!

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
