    A Break up poem

    we are together
    it didn't take much time
and now that we are together
i think i change my mind
and no your not the one to blame
it feels like someone's let out my inner flame
My passion, desire the urge to be free
being all tied down is just not me
    I like you a lot
    thats not hard to tell
It's just that I'm so used to being alone
I dont know how to share myself
and i refuse to hurt you
thats the last thing i want to do
    but I'm hurting me
    Trying to protect you
    I'm sorry
but being with you is just
something I'm not ready to do...

this is an interesting way to express a break up. i'm sorry it had to end that way. but sometimes these things happen. thats life for ya. im learning to share myself, its not easy. you just have to take it one day at a time.
