I watch the movement of this gray sky,
I remain dry like the rain won't put any pain on I,
A tear falls as I fight to not die,
I may be a man but a man can still cry,
Empty inside as I attempt to defy the urge to stay shy,
The trees still move, the leaves still fall,
I begin to fill with the desire to fall,
I know this pain is pointless like a phone that won't call,
Unplugged from the wall like I don't exist at all,
Just listen,
What once was just no longer is, it just isn't,
Got me wishin circumstances was different,
Different isn't the case,
What we had is gone without a trace,
Running in place for so many days,
I brace for impact with reality,
But in actuality,
It's just my mentality,
But you won't be happy without me
