In submission to the Holy Spirit's advice...
I finally became serious about my walk with Christ.
I desired to lay down my life until there was none of me left.
My family murmured, "WITH YOUR CRUCIFIED SELF!"
I began to make wise choices and not play the hand I was dealt.
My companion would complain, "WITH YOUR CRUCIFIED SELF!"
I began to change my talk, my walk and the company I kept.
My friends would laugh and say, "WITH YOUR CRUCIFIED SELF!"
I began to minister salvation and for the lost I wept.
But those who didn't understand would say, "WITH YOUR CRUCIFIED SELF!"
I stopped considering me, now there's no one I wouldn't help.
But the envious ones would whisper, "WITH YOUR CRUCIFIED SELF!"
I changed my thoughts and some of the ways I felt.
Even my enemies would scream, "WITH YOUR CRUCIFIED SELF!"
Now I know I have a home in Heaven when I answer to Old Death.
"Thank God for Jesus!"
"WITH MY CRUCIFIED SELF"
