    What it This

What is it that I perceive in you?
    Is what I’m asked
And I reply with over a million answers
Now and again while I’m alone I question myself
What is it that has us feeling farther then we truly are?
I gaze into your eyes and see a facade of happiness
I’ve become conscious to your game
    Your most immense smile
Is as big as your hurt and pain
You’re the beautiful picture on my favorite puzzle box
However overflowed with a thousand impenetrable pieces
I don’t know what sort of pain you’ve encountered
But I want to assure you that
Hurting you is not my desired accomplishment
But I need for you to give me a chance
    To prove myself to you
To get a hold of whom you really are inside
So pardon me if I write to you so immensely
But I can’t help but to be drawn to what I see already
If you grant me this opportunity
I’ll attest myself to you as faithful,
I promise you to never roam
    Then hopefully I’d be crowned
With an ending signature of your own

Your style of writing is refreshing and a style that is very clear and honest and to the point. Gosh, I hope you do become Lady Jerome if it will make your happy........but CaramelHoney-dip....take your time and savor the experiences. Life is like a box of choclates......you never know what you will bit into......so don't promise everything as my nonna would advise me....keep some for yourself and hide it behind your smile.........

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
