What Friends are Four?
(inspired partly by a very new friend from Nigeria.)
What friends are four? A perfect match...for schemes to dream, and plots to hatch
For approaching the opposite sex, yes, geometrically, four is best,
You have the wing man; the I just came off a bad fling man, the charmer, the cute one,
And for good measure even the rude one,
For catching a cab, because four is the perfect number for lightening the tab,
For long nights spent in, with Jin and pizza, one to clear up the room and the scraps of left overs,
One to carry you out the bar when you reach the other side of sober,
One to tell you what an absolutely irresponsibly crazy night you had,
And one to say we should do it again tomorrow, he’ll bring the whiskey and the crispy bag,
One to share stories with... and one friend you can show your mom and dad,
They say two is a bore, and apparently three is a crowd,
Well then the three musketeers with one more should have been endowed,
To fight the Duke of ill repute, to gamble with and more,
Oh my, oh my, what wonderful friends are Four!

Well then the three musketeers with one more should have been endowed,
To fight the Duke of ill repute, to gamble with and more,
Oh my, oh my, what wonderful friends are Four!
