Tropical Island

Tropical island
waves crashing
sun blistering
I'm hot.
Are you hot?
I'm wet.
Are you wet?
I look away
from you
but I always
look back
Sweat in my
eyes
burning
Fire in my thighs
burning
I know I'm
in love
when I see you
I know it when
I long to
see you
Sooo hot
I am a
dragon
breathing
fire
I have fallen
in love
with the sea
and sun
and you.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
