This Ledge...

Love is an amazing thing, A truly wondrous thing.
It can make you higher than any drug,
And you end up devoting your whole life to the one you love.
THAT’S WHEN THAT TAKE YOUR HEART AND DESTROY IT!
They don’t care, none of them do, they don’t understand.
If they did they did they wouldn’t be hesitating on this ledge,
They wouldn’t be falling…falling until there is nothing…nothingness,
Where you ca finally be at peace.
But if you hesitated…like me, and waited on that ledge between life and death,
You would of realized,
Ending it all would have been doing the exact same thing they did to you.
But this time it would be to everyone that loved you.
Standing on this ledge today…
Looking down at the streets so far below me…
Watching all the other that hesitated, and so many who didn’t.
Thinking how easy it would be, no more hurt, no mare hate,. no more pain.
Standing on this ledge…
I turn around, and step down,
Standing behind you are all the lives you would of destroyed
I stepped down from the ledge, and I’m glad I did.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
