They want me to tell

They want me to tell

There's that thing that happened,
that guy that touched me,
that day I became a teenager,
at 12,
I told some close friends,
I haven't told my mom,
I don't plan to,
I can't,
I told this guy,
he wants me to tell,
my friends want me to tell,
they all want me to tell,
but I don't,
I don't want the rumors,
I don't want the drama,
I don't want the world to know,
It causes me pain,
but as long as I have my friends,
I think I can stand,
stand to live without telling,
even though,
they want me to tell.
