    The last leaf

Night is still here; why does dawn arrive?
Those white birds move their wings
    Fly away….
I take you to the station that autumn afternoon
I hear my sadness shiver in the cold
Wind blows the yellow leaves, yellow leaves

Whispering “please go home,” the only thing you said
Those three words darken my night
My lips smile, but my heart cries

Did you leave? Emptiness just arrives
Wind blows, that dusty road is so long
    Only me…..
The glass is empty; my heart is still cold
    The last leaf disappears.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
