    Starlight

    To see the light
    Become the night
    Embrace what’s right
    And conquer death

    Life IS death
    Death’s only quest
    Is do what’s best
    While still alive

    All elation
    And frustration
    Fuel creation
    God seeks itself

    All you do
    All you make
    Who are you?
    Is what you take

    Shining far
    Golden star
    Is what you are
    If you’ve truly lived

    The tale to tell?
    The star is well
    Its burning hell
    Gives us life

    What it is
    Is what it gives
    It surely lives
    That we might know

    Know the light
    Shining bright
    The third eye’s sight
    That never dies

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
