    Staring like a deer caught in the headlight.

    Staring like a deer caught in the headlight,
    You were taken from un, on eof the few;
    Run, run away from the hideous light.

    Though sky's cryed and the dark roared, you were right;
    And now your eyes burn like the moon anew;
    Staring like a deer caught in the headlight.

    Hood up, hair down, your eyes gone from the sight,
    Your fear must have shown in the vivid street hew;
    Run, run away from the hideous light.

    And you who lived life to its fullest hight,
    Ran down you number before it was due;
    Staring like a deer caught in the headlight.

    Dead men who see you there let there be light,
    To show your mind in flight seeing the blue;
    Run, run away from the hideous light.

    Aand you my friend here no longer fly kites;
    Look down on un and laugh at our pitty pews;
    Staring like a deer caught in the headlight.
    Run, run away from the hideous light.

    i enjoyed that poem very much it made me wonder about life in general

    If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
