SAME BLOOD
SAME BLOOD
Red,yellow,black or white
There are no colors in His sight.
Brothers and sisters,we are all one
All united by the blood of Gods Son.
For on that day He shed His blood
He did it for all,not just one.
All life could have ended in the flood
But that's the day we all begun.
He loved us so much you see
He worked us all into the family tree.
He bought us with His sacrifice
The stripes,the blood,oh what a price.
So lets bring glory to His name
Loving each other, race and color the same.
For all of our blood is red
The same color for us that Jesus shed.
So when others of another color come to you
Tears running down their face.
Just love them, knowing that you cry too
Saved only because of Gods grace.
When they are wounded and they bleed
Just look and see their blood is red
It matches yours,it's from the same seed
For all colors and races His blood was shed.
So reach out and touch others today
Looking at them from within
Erase the color that you see, wipe it away
And just love that bleeding soul as a friend.
