    Remember Me

Remember me as I used to be,
happy all the time, joking and free.
Remember me as the conga player,
the man from the band, with Puerto Rican flavor.
    Remember me as the Casanova,
the well dressed player with the lines that got over.
Remember me as the friend you knew,
the one who had your back through and through.
Remember me as the loving Dad,
who cherished his children and displayed the pride he had.
Remember me as the loving husband,
who cherished his spouse and cared about her, first hand.
Remember me as the Domino opponent,
the one who intimidated you, with yelling torment.
Remember me as the popular one,
the guy who everybody knew, whether old or young.
Remember me as Pizarro, as all my friends called me.
For this is the legacy I leave behind me.
Remember all the good times we shared,
the way we conversed about anything and anywhere.
Remember me as that special person you loved,
for I will also love you from the heavens above.
Remember me in a little space in your heart,
this way I will last forever and we’ll never really be apart.

    R.I.P. Radames, we love you.
