    Reawakening

    So brief the time, it seems we spent
    Precious hours entwined, so heaven sent
    You reached deep within, to my core
    Gave me moments to cherish, forevermore
    Your touch within me, reawakened
    Desires so strong, I'd long forsaken
    You carried me high, as if on clouds aloft
    Each time I felt your lips, so soft
    With mine enjoined, shivering at your touch
    Through each fiber of my being, desiring so much
    Moaning softly, I reached for you
    Again and again, as the hours flew
    I prayed somehow, for time to slow
    Even as I sighed, witness to dawn's first glow
    My head cradled, against the warmth of your chest
    After the sweetest of nights, with so little rest
