"[LOVE] is it FANTASY or for ETERNITY"
I see him sit down to ponder,
He looks at me straight in the eyes,
He often makes me wonder,
What we are living is no lie.
We hide the truth from my mother,
I want to believe this is no fantasy
I tell our love is like no other,
And it sometimes drives me to insanity.
I know he has a girl,
And he's going to be a father,
Though, he still makes my world twirl,
With him nothing else matters.
I hate to pretend,
That nothing really exists between us,
I wouldn't want this to end,
Without him nothing would ever be the how it was.
He looks at me straight in the eyes,
He often makes me wonder,
What we are living is no lie.
We hide the truth from my mother,
I want to believe this is no fantasy
I tell our love is like no other,
And it sometimes drives me to insanity.
I know he has a girl,
And he's going to be a father,
Though, he still makes my world twirl,
With him nothing else matters.
I hate to pretend,
That nothing really exists between us,
I wouldn't want this to end,
Without him nothing would ever be the how it was.
