Kevin Degidon’s Youth USA program developed from activities that Kevin created for children in such programs as the Jefferson Boys’ Club, the Cardinal Spellman Summer Day Camp, the Roberto Clemente Center, and Youth at Risk.

With a BA in Journalism and Business from Baruch College in New York City, and more than 10 years of business, marketing, and managerial experience in such fields as Career Development, Audio Visual Consulting, and Computer Networking, Kevin has a solid awareness of what makes for leadership success in business and in education.

Kevin is experienced at making history come alive for people of all ages, having worked as a researcher for the nationally-televised CBS history program, Eye on America. He also was researcher for a nationally broadcast radio program on small business success, and has done research and writing on business and government topics for a number of small businesses. He has worked with many successful entrepreneurs, and has seen what works and does not work.

For more than a decade, Kevin has taught, tutored, and coached children all the way from 5 to 18 years of age at nearly a dozen well-respected programs in the New York City metropolitan area. In 2006, Kevin received an award from the Jefferson Boys’ Club for fostering academic achievement and character building. Kevin has also been given an Award for Volunteerism from Youth at Risk, for helping young fathers with life decisions and teamwork.
