Misery’s Profile

I have a way of describing myself in my poems. I realize many people, in fact, do express themselves through poetry. However, I rarely show the feelings I choose to write about in public. I range from sorrow, death, and depression, to love, joy, and feelings of pure, unadalturated happiness in my writing. In life, I show only happiness, even when I feel like I am bleeding inside. I feel safe when writing and therefore, do not have to hide.
