My Sister

My Sister

Her voice and her smile carries me on the summer breeze.
her embrace wisks me away into another world, just me and her.
If she let me go,what could i do?
How would my fragile heart make it one more beat?
I am terrified to think of it,
But when i hear her call my name like the coo of a dove, i melt
slowly into her arms.
those eyes,oh those eyes,
Im taken away by them to the farthest point.
My mind is always wrapped around her and her love,
Her tears fall like midnight snow, silent.
if i, oh if i could be the one to wipe those tears away,
i would give it all for her.
Im dedicated to her, mind, body and soul,
My sister,My life, My other half.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
