My Last Day
The morning would be spent
Lying with you in bed
Giggling like a couple of kids
With the sheets pulled over our head
The feel of your skin when I touch you
With my hands upon your breasts
And how you lay so close to me
With your head upon my chest
In the afternoon we'd be on the beach
Spending some time in the sun
Splashing our feet in the water
And having a little fun
I'd chase you through the rolling waves
And write our names in the sand
Then kiss you tenderly upon the lips
While gently holding your hands
Together we would sit and watch
The sun fall from the sky
Then join our bodies close together
And upon our blanket lie
We would make love one final time
Before the day was through
Then I would die a happy man
Knowing I was loved by you
Lying with you in bed
Giggling like a couple of kids
With the sheets pulled over our head
The feel of your skin when I touch you
With my hands upon your breasts
And how you lay so close to me
With your head upon my chest
In the afternoon we'd be on the beach
Spending some time in the sun
Splashing our feet in the water
And having a little fun
I'd chase you through the rolling waves
And write our names in the sand
Then kiss you tenderly upon the lips
While gently holding your hands
Together we would sit and watch
The sun fall from the sky
Then join our bodies close together
And upon our blanket lie
We would make love one final time
Before the day was through
Then I would die a happy man
Knowing I was loved by you
