morning sun
Trying to break me and shake the core of my essence
Every thing thats been happening is supossed to be stressing.
Reaching for something to grasp a hold to, but it seems as if
Nothing is solid. I've looked farther into myself than I ever thought
I could've. Realizing that I am just who I thought I was; a strong
individual, with many flaws, accepting them all had me in a state of
denial. Trial by flame and I'm still on fire, with a desire to move
beyond my current position in life. Even my poetry I sometimes
question if it's babble. But to relate my intelligents and emotions
to that would be a certain tragedy. Why am I writing this piece?
For piece of mind, as of right now there's a storm raging inside.
Lord move your spirit to soothe and make clear; as the day's have
been cloudy and the rain no longer hides my tears. My fear? Falling
my kids, they look to me for strength and compassion a loving arm
to keep them warm. So lift your head King and bask in the Morning Sun!
