Love is Something You Are
For all of you
It’s part of him
He’s more than lover
Sometimes Friend
Sex is something you do
For all of you
Who can relate
You aren’t dessert
You are the plate
Love is something you are
So tell him something
You only know
And watch your friendship
Inward Grow
If he has doubt
Dispel it then
He’s more than lover
He’s your Friend
Sex is something you do.
