Look to the Sky
I believe that the world is lost
And we pay a pricely cost
We don't understand this life
And why it's full of strife
All we really know
Is that we're reaping what we sow
We're beginning to pay the price
Without even rolling the dice
We just don't know
How we're supposed to grow
And understand why
We're all supposed to die
All we can do is try
Try to understand why
Why this world hurts
And we feel like dirt
We begin to hate our lives
And sometimes we wish to die
Die from pain
Rather than to go insane
But the Lord is here
So put down your beer
And look to the sky
And let the world just pass you by
And we pay a pricely cost
We don't understand this life
And why it's full of strife
All we really know
Is that we're reaping what we sow
We're beginning to pay the price
Without even rolling the dice
We just don't know
How we're supposed to grow
And understand why
We're all supposed to die
All we can do is try
Try to understand why
Why this world hurts
And we feel like dirt
We begin to hate our lives
And sometimes we wish to die
Die from pain
Rather than to go insane
But the Lord is here
So put down your beer
And look to the sky
And let the world just pass you by
