    Longing

    The emotions run wild,
just like a mustange on the range.
    How i'm feeling now,
    I fear will never change.
    The clouds are rolling in,
and the rain is pouring down.
    In my pain in sorrow,
    I do wish to drown.
My life falls down around me,
i'm like the kiss of death.
    Everything turns to rubbish,
    a curse with every breath.
    Until the day i die,
    those nights i won't regret,
    loving you so softly,
and hoping you can not see.
how i long to be with you,
and hope you long for me.

Very well done the flow was great the images were stark a great piece of work Robert...

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
