    Inner Thoughts

    Never judge the distance
By the hours that you keep
    Never take advantage of time
Or the darkness of the deep

A shallow mind of waisted thoughts
    Keeper of the soul
Deep within a a shadowed box
    Where the sercrets lie untold

    Misty clouds of scarlet red
A thought of question dose unfold
    judge not the story
    Untill you've seen its end

Life can be but one day long
    Yet never have an end
    A splended thought
    No place to go
    A place to be
A stone to mark my way
Just a thought to never mind
So long my friend your free............

loved this. if only everyone would "judge not the story until you've seen its end".

I like how you ended this poem, So long my friend your free... Very nice

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
