    In Plain Sight

    Hiding in the light
    We must admit
No one will ever find us
    Unless they know
    We are there every day
    Standing all alone
    Obvious things are often overlooked
Never to be thought of again
What’s in the light is plain and clear
That’s what most think they understand
    Hiding in the light
    Lapsed in dark
    But cowering in the dark
    Are those who fear
Taking advantage of those who think
    They fear them
    Totally oblivious to those
    They should
    People think they understand
    What they can see
    And what they can’t
    Is what they fear
    Never questioning what is clear
The light seems so clear to them
    But here we are
    Hiding in the light
    Were we have to admit
    They will never find us
    Unless they know
