    I loved you once
    I loved you once. Will I love you again? after all the pain and suffering we put eachother through. Our hearts became one, now they are separated back into two. Will the love we had ever return? or are we glad we had love and let it go. No one knows the time or the place, if we'll ever meet again face to face to hold eachother in our arms. To apologize for all the wrongs and try to make things right. I loved you once will I love you again? only time will tell.

    I really like this one....I oonfess, it makes me feel like giving an opinion, not feedback on a poem! :) However, if that is a real life situation--if 2 people truly loved each other, I definitely believe that love is still there. Real love IS for always--if you let it....What if, a woman married a man whose alcoholic bouts were more than she could live with....she loved him to start--or maybe part of her attraction was the way he rode the bucking bronco at the country hoedown;) but loving someone and living with them ( putting it all to the test--the Great Laboratory of Life!)...there is where you find out how deep, how strong, what's real, what's not.
