    I AM Here

    I AM Here

    I said “I want to see your face”

    He said “If you would just look

    I AM here…”

    I found His face in the splendor

    Of the spring flowers and autumn leaves;

    In the new fallen snow.

    I found His face in the majesty of the rising sun;

    In the moon and in the mystery of the mist.

    I said “I want to see a miracle”

    He said “If you would just look

    I AM here…”

    I found a miracle in the eyes of my new born child;

    In every living thing, in how the flowers bloom;

    In how you are you and I am me.

    I said “I want to feel your touch”

    He said “If you would just be still

    I AM here…”

    Then came the warmth of the sun on my face

    And the brush of the breeze in my hair;

    The flutter of the butterfly wings against my skin.

    I saw Him, I felt Him… can I know Him?

    I said “I want to be in Your presence”

    He said, “I know what you need

    I know how to bring you back to me.

    Listen, see Me, feel Me,

    I never left you.

    I AM here”

    Absolutely beautiful. Very well thought out and presented. Also love the design and the use of repitition.

    I am pleased that you liked this one. I wasn't sure of the repitition and am quite glad it works. Repitition is not easy to work with. Thanks again.
