    Heartful (Hurtful)

     My heart don't fully understand
    The mess my tongue got us in
    I lied to the one i love for no good reason
    Now the one i love left me for deceiving

    I just broke our heart in half
    Or was it his way of showing us our love wasn't meant to last

    It all just leave me so confused
    Why have us spend a year together for it all to go down the tubes

    Why have us look forward to the future and do so much planning
    Unless the life we wanted together was just to dang demanding

    Maybe it was just meant for us to spend some time apart
    Just enough for the healing of our heart

    Losing someone u love is usually incomprehensible, but we learn a lot in the process, and we grow. Nice poem.

    great poem! God has a wonderful plan for us all and sometimes people come into our lives for a season. But for a good purpose! Keep focused on the Lord Jesus.
