Heart of Dance

No gravity to pull me down this time.
     Dancing is the flow.
                It shows many emotions,
                       It's like a diary, but
there is no writing involved, no rules,
                                                 no boundaries,
                                                 no gravity to
                                                                 pull
                                                                    you
                                                                      down.
The air I unlocked, revealing its secret.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
