    Guardian Angel

We meet every week and sometimes dont speak
We all need a guardian angel, to watch us when we sleep

So here is alittle angel, to watch us along the way
When we cry, play and even pray

This little angel will sit on your shoulder
It will be there when ever you need her

She's there to let you know, someone does care
Even when the world is not there.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
