GRANDADDY
I'm just sitting here thinking how i am so alone. With you not here i can't call this place a home.
Now i am the only man in the house.
And it's not nothing really to talk about.
I wish that the last time i seen you.
I would of told you how i felt and how much that i love you.
Grandaddy you was there when no one else was.
I use to talk to you sometimes when my momma and I fussed.
I helped you when you was fixing your car.
And when i wanted help you would never be to far.
The time we spent when i was in middle school.
It could have been better if i wasn't acting a fool.
Now that your gone who going to help me become a man.
It's only ladies in the house they don't understand.
I know you love us more than life itself.
When you was in the hospital i wish i could help.
But it was god will and not mine.
To me your love will always shine.
Your in my heart and i want my soul like yours.
So we can be together for evermore.
If i see your picture above your casket.
It will seem as if it's not true i wish it could of lasted.
You without the family just seem so apart.
But you will R.I.P in our heart.
