    Glow

As I wake and see your smile

Your halo that glows for miles

    I feel I’ve been misled

For this is not a dream; I’m not still in bed

    Maybe this is a dream?

For no beauty could be so real

A beauty that radiates from your soul that only I can feel

I can see the light shine down upon you

A light no one else can see

For I am you and you are me

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
