    Fusion

    Enlightening forces;
    unceasingly glowing;
    emitting intensity and power.

    Energy as boundless as the nuclear inferno of the solar body.
    Yet stronger, brighter; more powerful,
    More life nourishing, more all consuming.
    Never ceasing, even amongst the dark coolness of the night.

    In fact, sometimes expanding, growing more volatile
    and powerful when confined within the ebony sphere of darkness.
    Like steam confined, able to attain temperatures beyond what is possible otherwise.

    Energy that can both consume us and nourish us;
    Raze us to the ground, yet build us up to insurmountable heights,
    all within the same instant.

    Forces that cause fiery red, molten lava to reach the surface,
    and flow from a crevice in the frozen Tundra.
    Or transform a dry, barren dessert into a lush green rainforest,
    moist and oozing with life.

    This unbridled energy is found in love, and its fuel is passion.
    Once released, it is inexhaustible, unrelenting.
    It changes us forever.
    Fusing us in mind, body, and soul with another.
