Flight of The White Dove
Part I
Lost World
Longing in the essence of a bitter harsh bone chilling winter’s eve,
A spine-chilling tingle I shall receive.
I have opened my weary eyes,
And found myself wondering endless into the abyss of the utter darkness and loneliness.
I live with dead lives,
Which stabs me with knives.
And so as I bleed into the darkness of despair,
I realize there is no one around to care.
This cruel abyss overwhelms my heart and consumes my soul,
And so I find myself gazing at the world from a deep dark distant hole.
I am far above the known mortal world of today,
And it is here that my heart is to slay.
I am not in heaven,
But I am not in hell,
But rather I am in an impermeable shell.
I am lost in a desolate crack of the universe,
Lost to the world centuries ago,
A place that few shall have the terror to know.
This place is filled with dead and lost souls of a dying race,
Whose emotions, goals, and dreams of the heart have lost place.
But yet in this wretched ancient bewildered cage,
My heart longs to rage!
Rage into the soul,
And finally make myself whole.
I fear that to reside in this ungodly place,
That I have become one with the dead,
But worn out of searching I have now grown tired,
So I lie down to bed,
To dream into the burning light,
Of the true soul I long in the eternal light.

Part II
Frozen Prison
In a blink of a dream I now find myself at the foot of a lake,
And I wonder and plunder if this is fake,
Or just on of those dreams,
But nothing in my reality is as it seems.
Because the frost of the cold I do feel,
So I knew this new world is real.
This lake upon me has been long frozen in a time far behind,
Yet father Time has been kind,
For all of its magnificence has been spared,
And so I can see a glimmer which has been bared,
Deep within the frozen water,
I try with pain to see harder.
Brushing off the glazed snow,
A pale faint presence begins to show.
Looking through the window fogged with time,
It ever so slowly begins to become clear,
And the pale presence begins to come near.
It has been perfectly preserved over the years,
And even its tears are frozen over the years.
As it slowly surfaces to the top,
It begins to stop,
I wonder if it holts in fear,
Because it sees my presence near.
But it cannot get free from its own prison,
Because the ice has become too thick to have risen.
To the light of the world,
I can feel the emotions hurled.
Through the ice I can see this creature of white feathers so bright,
And eyes so deep,
With a love I would long to keep.
But yet this White Dove is caged in a prison of tears,
Which must have been created by the lake,
And frozen over the years from her overwhelming fears,
Of being broken,
And the tears of being hurt and the years of the token.
And being torn,
So her soul lies surging and scorn.
Longing to be free,
Longing to see the light of the sweet heavens above,
Where she was sent by love.
But barriers of ice I cannot break with my might,
No matter how hard I try to fight.
Beating my fists into bloody bone and wrist,
My power is too weak,
And so now tired and beat I begin to seek,
For another way to break this ice,
For my strongest strife will not suffice.
The ice is too thick and I even tried to kick,
With all of my might,
It was just another losing fight.
The ice is too strong,
So I believe this method must be wrong.
I gaze upon her beauty,
Her radiant light,
Only her love can be so right!
Such an Angel this Dove must be,
How such a devoted strife for life to me,
I feel that she is my true love to be.
I cannot give up this fight,
Because I know out two souls is what’s right.
So I cry out to God,
To give me the power to break this layer of frozen ice,
But no words were to be so nice.
So I walk out to where she was trapped,
I dropped to my knees,
Drowning tears began to unwrap,
And started to pour into a river’s flow,
And so the ice began to melt with a glow,
With a light so bright,
That my eyes could not see what was to be.

Part III
Flight of The White Dove
I felt the ice beginning to crack,
So I began to step back,
And so I could feel a blazing fire come upon the lake,
As my body began to shake,
And my heart began to rage,
And so I realized that my God given power is what freed her from her cage.
So as I witness this event unfold,
I looked unto the White Dove to behold,
Her risen presence out of the cold.
And such a beautiful sight it is to see,
Her loving soul to take flight into reality.
And so she toke the wind into the light,
Right up into my sight,
For to see,
Her true beauty to be.
And so I could hear her say,
For me to fly away,
But I contested that I do not have wings to fly my White Dove,
Shinning forth with the purest love.
She said upon me,
“Your heart is the key,
It is what set me free”.
My love she continued to say,
Is what will show me the way,
Out of my lost world of the night,
And into the true love of her light.
So I looked upon her soul and said,
What a beautiful sight you are to me,
A glowing Angel is what I see,
With love given from the heavens above.
My soul alone could not fly,
But when she landed in my head,
So I became one of the undead,
And now strife for life I can see,
With her loving soul next to me.
So together we left my world,
And toke flight into the highest cloud of the light,
We disappeared into the free air,
Our two lives we began to share,
And all that I am I shall bare,
To my White dove of the purest light,
She is the one who taught me how to truly take flight,
And now I have become her White knight,
Who showed her love is what’s right.
Because out two souls have become one,
Soaring into the sun,
Into new worlds and dimensions,
With no barriers or detentions.
Only our love shall ride,
Our true feelings never again to hide.
And so if you look up at a distant star,
This is where we shall be,
Forever in true love,
Forever in eternity.
Two souls in flight,
Forever in the night...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
My White Dove of the purest love,
And me her White Knight of the purest light,
Forever we shall be,
Written into eternity…
