Have a plan, think ahead and be glad that you can stand.

Be alone by yourself.  There's no need for extra baggage when

you can do bad by yourself.

Take a ride, no need for a place to go, see what's out there, you

will never know just sitting at home.  Be your self, natural and

free, no need for competition being natural takes no effort.

Re-arrange your home to let the sun light come in, it'll bring

light into your life and you won't feel trapped in.  Don't bring

a towel to the beach, let the sun dry your body, don't be so strict

or the same as everybody, because being a follower you'll just

blend in.

Relax a little, learn that you can't do everything, even if you are

on a time schedule.  Set money aside to travel, go to the movies,

eat out, by some clothes, or get that detail you wanted for your

car for so long it's not hard.

Invent something, find out what your hobbies are.  make your dreams come true, don't sit back and be a shrew let your light shine through.  Ideas are no good if they just collect dust, how do you know if they'll work if you don't try them out.

If you think for a minute about all that you can do, and about who you really are, then positive will be a big factor in your life, and negative will disappear and won't be able to find it's way

back into your life...
