    Poem Commentary

Everyone is scared to fall in the love with the fear of getting their heart broken....but the past can't determine your future...that's if you don't let it... And "Smile For Me" is my way of saying "I Love You" When you surrounded by love all you could do is smile.

    Fear

I feel curious as to why people abandon love.
The emotional and physical attachments that co-exist with the natural order of contentment has a special place for any and everyone who allows the acceptance og this emotion called LOVE.
    You have to find it.
But the FEAR tha sleeps alongside these emotions is haunting.
It is not the FEAR of loving someone that gets to me,
It's the FEAR of being loved by someone and losing out on true happiness that gnaws on thine heart.
Momentum ceases and time goes forward,
But no matter what occurs during the intervals in between, nothing changes.
    Irreguardless of these circumstances.
I look into your eyes and I see love...
You don't have to speak a word,
Your actions,no matter how you try to hide it,
I could see the weight being lifted off your shoulders...and your heart.
I see it in the way you look into my eyes, in the way you smile and in the way you hold me.
Even if it is a farce, and what I see isn't even there, I will not relent
I will pull through and earn the right to be loved by you.

I've never been in the belly of the beast
But I have been bitten and chewed betwen it's teeth
    And I'm still standing.....
Waiting patiently for love to find it's way into your heart..

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
