     The fear
    The pain
    The dark emotions
    Swirling around my head
    Jumbled up
    And so confused
    I can't tell which is which
    The sadness
    The hate
    Scaring me so
    The lust
    The suffering
    What's going on?
    I'm scared
    Nothing is going right
    The tears
    The fire
    I'm so confused...

    And at last...
    The love
    The calmness
    The beauty
    The light
    Everything is alright
