    Don't Mistake Me!

(This piece is dedicated to all the man out there that calls themselves players…. Let me take you to school on how a real woman response to bullshit)

I refuse to be treated like a gullible minded being… I exuded class and femininity; I can never be lacking the experience it takes to be a real woman!! I am phenomenally brilliant and I have needs -my needs cannot and will not be mocked. Being me is what I love; I have a thirst and a true hunger for a POETIC tongue. The kind of harmony you can only Day Dream about, don’t’ mistake me for that incompetent female- that puffs and blows bullshit your way. I lyrically speak from within; my compassion for words is all I have. Don’t mistake me for that simple chick- that one who panties you found yourself in because you gave her a hit your sticky green or your purple dream … I cannot be stopped in my quest for this… this…very thing that drove me to you, will be that very thing that erases you. Crazy… I may be, cuz the “real him” drives me that way! Longing… for that thrill…maybe so -it’s like I’m an addict- I got to have it, sexy ass hell I am… I know… you know… they all know. BUT I am craving him… him whom I thought you were…but DON’T mistake me for any of those types of females that can be bamboozled in letting men play treachery on their minds. Don’t mistake me for you.

    Thank you,

    Journey

Love how you stood up for yourself. . . . That's nice. More females need think like this . . . Instead of letting dudes walk all over them.

Its the immature natrue of many men that continues to be their sin, play games and elude the facts thats what most men from chidhood to teens learn as we watch and wonder. For no true man who calls himself an adult plays heart games or a fiddle to see the panties drop yet we are the providers of what we were called to do by God. a real man shows his heart felt desires and fears and when its time to rise up and be that protector his sword is mighty and his words are adhered. i appreciate the write in everyway, yet this is an Earth old sin that will never be resolved due to people not wanting to do better or teach how to be

Hell yeah! thats what i'm saying!! i second this motion! :)

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
