    Do You Love Her?

Do you love her like a man could?
Do you love her like a man should?
Do you tell her she’s pretty in every way?
Do you tell her she gets prettier everyday?
Do you love to touch her soft peach skin?
Do you long to hold her again and again?
Do you speak to her in a soft tender tone?
Do you tell her you miss her when you call on the phone?
Do you listen closely to her every word?
Do you comfort all her worries that you have ever heard?
    Do you enjoy her company,
Through winter, spring, summer and fall?
Will you never ever leave her never at all?
Do you treat her with kind and caring respect?
If you do all these things, she will reflect
Do you hug her and kiss her
Do you hold her in your arms?
Do you bring her flowers, cards, candy and charms?
Are you enchanting, handsome, brave and strong?
Do you promise to never do her any wrong?
Will you always defend her and protect her from all harm?
Will you give her a place to keep her safe and warm?
Do you love her deeply in all these ways?
    If you do
She will surely be with you
For the rest of your days

The message is powerful in a poetic way, only, the "Do you's" tend to be a bit exhausting in their redundancy.

This poem is really nice. I enjoyed reading it because this is the type of love most women long for. Those women who are lucky enough to have such a love should be grateful, because they are truly blessed.

love the message here. gives every man plenty to think about

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
