    Death

    I stand alone,
    I watch.
    There is no one.
    Nobody is around.
    I hold my breath...
    And I search.
    I searh for any one.
    And I see,
    death is everywhere.
    But...
    Then I see a girl,
    A small child.
    I head her way,
and she looks up at me.
I can see the fear in her eyes.
    "Help me," she says.
    She is a lost soul...
    I reach out,
    tears filling my eyes,
    And touch nothing but air.
    Her spirit disappears...
    I am alone.
