    Contradicting Day

Two crows flew by my window this morning.
One to the North the other South.

    The morning's cold
     and beautiful

    Clouds mottle the sky gray
but there's some blue with light

A stop sign lay on the ground
the red signal bold, to bright

Crow one flew close to the window
     It frightened me

Number two maybe a block away
     Inspiring me

It seems my day is to be all contradictions.

There are frequent occasions when I, too, don't know whether I'm coming or going. Nice write.

Unfortunatel or fortunately, this is the case for me most often. However, I am learning to enjoy the contradictions or the contrast and find more fun in them. Thank you so much for your kind words !

Sometimes the decisions are difficult to make what appears as a warning might be the sign to go ahead. Now if a crow were to make a nest in you pocket and bring home a gold locket; you would know for sure to stay put. And not do anything at all. Try whistling a tune while sitting in a rocking chair. Sometimes that will release the clouds in the sky. A poet friend// RH Peat
