    RHYME ROYAL POETRY FORM

    CONSPICUOUS DAFFODIL DISPLAY

Frolicking on an island in the sea
With lightsome, happy hearts, and tripping pace,
Gold multitudes return again to be—
To stand at attention—in their own space,
Line up—to salute that forgotten place:
Like little soldiers standing in a line
Covering the troop’s white bones they enshrine.
