COMFORTER
If a man's not supposed to cry
I'd kiss your tears and wipe your eyes
I would swallow your pain if it hurt you inside
I would take your shame if it hurts your pride
but just because your eyes fill with water
doesn't mean you don't have my shoulder
My love will keep you warm when the nights are colder
and when you look around and your'e all alone
Know that in my heart is where you will find home
and if your friends leave and desert you
Know that I've been there before and I wouldn't hurt you
They say a man's not supposed to cry
and those that said it never felt hurt inside
Because when your heart just can't take no more
it's then when the tears start to pour
So don't be afraid of what the people are saying
it's when your emotions flow you show them the definition of a true man.
