    BRING IT ON

Hey, this is Real. This is me. This is my life. These are my feelings. This is real life experience & my true pain. Let's see if you can critisize me, or do any better.
First, don't catch me with a drink of any kind; especially tequila, slow gin & rum, agua diente, or el patron, because they turn poison on me, venemous. Quick Bam! Like the Bam in Alabama. I'm stone in the
fighting mode. Especially when I'm in my big, down pass the knee, Hip Hop shorts, do rag, white wife- beater T-shirt, hoodie & corn rows.
I am filled with mo____ f____g rage and want to bring it on. Come on. Bring on the the angry, crazy-mad, young black brothers, that think they have an "angry, poor me, poverty, no opportunity, attitude."
Or Come on Vatos, from any barrio anywhere, with "I'm stuck in the ghetto & I'll fuck you up attitude." Bring it on.
Yeah bring it on, because I'll teach you a lesson, that's mother fuckin real; real hard, real mean, real painful, and I'll teach you with real, mother fuckin pleasure. Don't hold me down, because, I could really kill
you with sharp glass or even bare hands.
    OK.
There it is. Hallelujah! I said it. I said it true, & I said it right. Some things just be like that! I'm always amazed, surprised, and in awe of, the amount of everyday restraint I've been able to show, & more importantly the amount of pain I've bee able to suck-up & hide, so I look like a regular nice guy.

From your picture you look like a gentle southern lady but after reading your words I see a new propective of you. Sound like you may have been harshassed. Enough to get the red up.

very expressive...never be afraid to express your feelings because some of the best poetry is displayed when a person is emotional...

rs30501, Thank you for reading & commenting on my work. I'm so.....late in responding. Forgive me. I'm going to check out some of your work now:)

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
